We offer formal attire and accessories for women and children, including dresses for prom, homecoming, quinceañeras, pageants, communions, and baptisms. We also host events such as birthday parties, photo shoots, and speed dating gatherings.

All products are subject to availability. We strive for accuracy in our descriptions, but we do not guarantee that all information is error-free.

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated at checkout. Full payment is required at the time of purchase or event booking.

Refunds are only issued if the store is at fault.
Examples include receiving the wrong item, a defective product, or an error in event scheduling caused by us. All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase or the event date.

All other sales are final. We do not offer refunds for cancellations, change of mind, or size issues. Please ensure all sizing and event details are confirmed before finalizing your purchase or booking.

Participation in events such as photo shoots, birthday parties, or speed dating is subject to availability and specific rules. Guests are expected to conduct themselves respectfully. We reserve the right to remove individuals from an event without refund for disruptive or inappropriate behavior.

Event deposits may be required and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

Lasting Moments Formal Wear LLC is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. All customers and event participants assume full responsibility for their personal belongings and behavior.

All content on our website and promotional materials, including logos, images, and text, is the property of Lasting Moments Formal Wear LLC or our suppliers/designers and may not be used or reproduced without permission.

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the state in which our business is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.
