Refunds and Returns Policy

Refunds are only issued if the store is at fault. 

Examples include receiving the wrong item, a defective product, or an error in event scheduling caused by us. 

All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase or the event date.

All other sales are final. 

We do not offer refunds for cancellations, change of mind, or size issues. 

Please ensure all sizing and event details are confirmed before finalizing your purchase or booking.
